Objective

We engage a dedicated pool of NEB Mentors to challenge assumptions, foster reflection, and support the meaningful integration of NEB values – sustainability, inclusion, and beauty – as well as core working principles such as participation, transdisciplinarity, and long-term transformation. 

NEB Mentors help ensure that projects across all EIT Community NEB programmes remain rooted in a design-led, systems-thinking mindset.

NEB Mentors are selected through a thorough process for their expertise in design, innovation, and business development. They support participants through one-to-one mentorship, group sessions, and targeted workshops.
